Tl dr Get a set bonus, then aim to get a good weapon and refine your set pieces and collect other gear that compliments it. The stats on the pieces may vary, but even if they're individually mediocre or shit items, wearing 6 of the Delsere's set gives you 750% arcane orb damage and 1000% WDmg per second to anyone in your slow time.Įven with a mediocre weapon, I've upped the damage of that skill 7.5x, and I doubt that going from a mediocre weapon to a good ancient one will up your damage that much.
